Help Us Study COVID-19 Vaccines and the Future of Remote Healthcare

The D-COHRe Pilot Study is looking for 4,000 participants to help evaluate how FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccines work in the real world. We are testing new ways to conduct health research from home.

Participants will be randomized to either attend clinic visits (Group A) or to perform tasks remotely from home (Group B). The study has a short duration of approximately 2 weeks with 4 days of active follow-up.

During this time, you will:

  • Use a smartphone app to answer health surveys
  • Wear a provided watch-like device to measure vital signs
  • Provide small blood and saliva samples (either in-clinic or self-collected at home)
